As a sales representative for Jonathan Greenberg State farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy changes.
- Process applications, claims, and other paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Maintain client records and update databases.
- Support sales and marketing efforts as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products and processes is a plus.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
